Big Organic

When I think of the word organic, I think of something that's grown or raised naturally. What I mean by that is that there is no chemicals added, like NPK fertilizer. Because there are no chemicals in the food and the product was grown by mother nature's, we say it health for use. According to Pollan when we see ""Organic" on the label conjures up a rich narrative, even if it is the consumer who fills in most of the details..."(137) when we see organic on a label,we buy it because it's health for our body. I don't like to eat organic product, it taste different from the product that they put the chemicals in. Pollan state that "Did food additives and synthetic chemicals have a place in processed organic food? If the answers to these questions seem like no-brainers, then you too are stuck in an outdated pastoral view of organic."(155) But there is something about the taste of the foods that's have chemicals, it taste better to me.
